Application and License Requirements

• Application by Examination 468.1695, F.S. and Rule 64B10-11.001, F.A.C
• Application by Endorsement 468.1705, F.S. and Rule 64B10-11.001, F.A.C.
• Temporary License 468.1705, F.S.  and Rule 64B10-11.013, F.A.C.
• Provisional Licensure 468.1735, F.S. and Rule 64B10-11.011, F.A. C.

Exam: There are no deadline dates for applications. The National and Florida Laws/Rule exams are administered by computer through the Sylvan Prometric Multi-state Network of Testing Centers. Upon your approval to sit for the exam, you must submit an application through NAB's CDOM system at the NAB website (nabweb.org) for the exam. The CDOM system will send an email to eligible candidates informing them of their eligibility along with their Authorization-to-Test Letter. Candidates will receive the toll-free telephone number for use in scheduling an exam(s), a list of CBT testing centers, as well as instructions on the scheduling process. Candidates will also be provided with a direct link through CDOM site that will allow them to schedule their examination on-line with a testing center.

If you are unsuccessful in passing the exam and would like to take the exam again, please log on to NAB's website at www.nabweb.org and submit your reexamination fee and you can take it again. You can take the exam four (4) times within a twelve month period. Please see NAB's Candidate Information Booklet for additional information.
