The Board of Osteopathic Medicine is made up of seven members. Five members of the board must be licensed Osteopathic Physicians. Two members must be lay persons who are not and who have never been Osteopathic Physicians or members of any closely related profession. At least one member of the board must be 60 years of age or older.

Since this Board serves as a "quasi-judicial" entity on licensure issues, contact with the members may cause the members to be recused from administrative proceedings. Staff will direct inquiries, when appropriate to the full Boards for review.
