Section 456.42(2), Florida Statutes, requires approved vendors submit a monthly report to the Department of Health which, at a minimum, documents the number of prescription pads sold and identifies the purchasers. Such report must be submitted online by the approved vendor and received by the Department of Health no later than the 15th day of the following month the generated report is based on.
