Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time, on April 30, 2013

The process of renewing a license may take two to three weeks.  Initiating contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your license prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.

Delinquent licenses that expired on April 30, 2011 become null and void on May 1, 2013.

Reactivation Requirements

  • If you currently dispense, please add an additional $100.00 to the active renewal fees indicated above.  If you are requesting to dispense, please add the additional $100.00 fee to the active renewal fees indicated above and complete the dispensing form ARNP Dispensing Practitioner Registration (pdf - 57kb).
  • A licensee who remains on inactive status for more than two consecutive biennial licensure cycles and who wishes to reactivate the license may be required to demonstrate competency to resume active practice by sitting for a special purpose examination or by completing other reactivation requirements.
