School psychology is regulated by the Department of Health.
There is no regulatory body in the way of a Board of Council.
Staff and
Responsibilities
The office of School Psychology is comprised of three full
time regulatory staff members. A Regulatory Program Administrator and Executive
Director for the Board are shared with several other professions. You can

Allen Hall – Executive Director, responsible for legislative and budget issues.
Anna King - Program Operations Administrator – Answers all specific questions regarding laws and rules, and is available when other staff members are out of the office and is supervisor over School Psychology staff. Telephone: (850) 245-4375 .
