COMPASS Training Modules

The following training modules were developed to provide the public health workforce with increased knowledge and opportunities for enhancing their skills related to community health assessment and improvement activities.  The training modules are available in both pdf and power point versions. All of the modules can be utilized by county health department staff and their community partners as they advance with their community health improvement plans.

These modules are based upon the National Association of City and County Health Association's, NACCHO and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) strategic planning process- MAPP or Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships .

All downloadable files below open in a new window and are less than 2 Mb in size unless noted
The ZIP files contain all PDF, PPT, and an audio (WAV) file and are much larger (20Mb+).
